Orders are shipped out in 5-7 business days with cooling gel packs as needed. Read the shipping policy before contacting our store.

Allergy Note: If you have an allergy, include this in the note section of your order. If no note is included in the order at the time of being scooped, there will be no substitution allowed after your order is packaged. This is solely the customer's responsibility, as items are at random.

Live Scoops Note: It is the customer's responsibility to be in the live to see scoops and listen to live schedule. If you missed your scoops, we will not wait for you to enter the live as all scoops are scooped by order number. Be in the room.
