- All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days, unless specified differently in description of item being purchased. Difference in processing time would include specifications such as pre-order items, custom items, etc. Please note, all holidays are excluded from processing time as majority of carriers are closed on holidays.
- For international orders, our handling time remains the same, but please keep in mind that shipping may take longer due to distance. You can find updated information regarding your order via your tracking information provided.
- Every successful order placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with order specifics. If you did not receive your order confirmation email, please be sure to first check your spam/junk email and then contact us for further assistance.

- Important to note, once an order is shipped out, we do not have control over that order and cannot modify or cancel order. Please reference our Refund/Exchange Policy for further details on this process.
- When submitting an order, it is important to double check your shipping information, once an order has been shipped out to the address listed, we cannot cater to errors made on the customer’s behalf. Please note such responsibility falls solely on the customer, as Earth’s Botanical Garden is not responsible for such delivery or non-deliveries errors made.
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package or undeliverable, please note that the customer would need to incur cost to get the item(s) reshipped. Condition of the item(s) will be assessed once repackaging order. If damaged, further communication with reference to our Exchange Policy will be discussed.
- Shipping preservative-free products during the Hot Summer Heat and to Hot States are done only through UPS/ USPS 2-3 days shipping. Packages are full insulated and packaged with frozen gel packs to keep the product from melting. We ask that you keep up with your tracking information, as the package cannot be left outside in heat for an extended period after being delivered. If product is melted, please note this is an all-natural body butter and it can be placed in the freezer to re-solidify before using. Do not dispose of product.
- If a meltable product is returned to us, customer will need to follow the review process to deem if the request is valid. Often times, if the error was due to an incorrect shipping address, the item will not be refundable, but we will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to accommodate errors. Please read product description before purchasing.
- All scoops are shipped out with cooling gel packs. Keep up with your tracking information as we do not give refunds or exchanges.
