Refund policy

We do not offer any returns or exchanges given the nature of our products. However, if you need assistance, our review process lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any assistance regarding an issue with your product. 

As part of the review process, our team will look into the matter to determine if your complaint is valid. Any items being shipped back to us must also be in the original packaging and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us before we investigate the matter. There will be no refunds and we will not take responsibility for any items being shipped back to us, as this is solely the customer's choice to do so. 

Please note that we are a small business operation and everything is handmade; color and consistency may vary since our business is built on the basis of all-natural ingredients, but the quality and formulation are never in question and always remain the same. Due to the nature of our items, some of our products are meltable, if melted in transit, place in the refrigerator to resolidify, as the quality and benefits remain the same regardless of the shape or form. As part of accepting the terms and conditions on our page at the checkout, you are aware of and agree to this. No refunds or exchanges will be granted. 

If you have an allergic reaction to any ingredients listed on our website, please do your due diligence before purchasing our products because your purchase will not be refunded or exchanged. We do not do exchanges or refunds for allergic reactions because the ingredients are listed on our website at the time of purchase. Please do a patch test before applying any of our products to your face or sensitive areas of the body. We are not responsible for any outcomes, as all information is listed on our website. 

For live mystery scoops including lottery, skincare, snacks, candy and meltables, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions, as customers are in the live and are aware of what they are receiving before being shipped out. All items are shipped out with cooling gel packs and we are not responsible for the state of your package after it has been shipped out. Note, for lottery tickets and any other investment events, there is no guarantee that you will be a winner or receive a coupon, discount or prize. There will be no refunds regarding these events and any other events hosted by us. 

**Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without reaching out to us and going through the required steps.**

Any item that is being shipped back to us more than 7 days after delivery will be deemed invalid and will not go through the review process. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item back to us and it is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and hold no responsibility for this.
